Casa Kaufer is roomy, convenient, on the golf course, has a swimming pool, maid's room, excellent kitchen, and some of the best closets I have ever seen in my ten years in Mexico.
The builder knew what he was doing here. There is a not an inch of wasted space.
The ground floor has a double height entry and walks you into a spacious livingroom with view to the back yard, pool and then onto the golf course. To your right you find a good sized dining room opening onto the terrace as well as a very ample kitchen with many cupboards.Behind the kitchen is a bright and airy laundry room/pantry, a maid's room and a bath. There is also an outside entrance.
Three bedrooms upstairs with a jack and jill walk through bath between the second the third bedrooms (one of which has golf course view. Both of those bedrooms have ample closets.
The master obviously faces the back yard and golf course and has a private covered terrace with jacuzzi. The closets are excellent....His and hers...amazing in a house if this size.
The pool is good sized with plenty of back yard left over and then, through the trees (not a shorn lot) onto the golf course. You are conveniently located a 15 minute stroll from the beach and a 2 minute drive to the front entrance of Puerto Aventuras.
